What we may need to keep
Commonly required disclosure · IT Rules 2021 & DPDP Act 2023
Indian law may require us to keep some information for a limited period after deletion — for example, certain registration and log information for investigations or legal claims, and records of moderation decisions. This information is kept securely, used only for that purpose, and deleted when the period ends.
